How to Keep Good in Hot Summer Season, Tips

Summer season is too hot, but if you maintain some tips then you will be cool. Most of the person just deny these tips, but those whom are following they just cool.

  • Drink at least 8 glass of water everyday
  • Eat lot of vegetables and fruit
  • Avoid fried and fast food item
  • Finish your dinner before 9 pm
  • Do exercise which is suitable for you
  • Avoid fat and oily food 
  • Reduce to drink tea and coffee
  • Take a cool shower morning and before sleep
  • Never be tension with tiny matter
  • Take a sunglass and umbrella before going outside
  • Keep a water bottle if you are outside
  • Wear loose shape dress and avoid black color
